The health worker in Nirmal district Telangana was vaccinated at about 11:30 am on Tuesday at a Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Nirmal district and the person has experienced chest pain at around 2:30 am today.
A 42-year-old man healthcare worker resident of Telangana, who was vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccination, complaining of sudden chest pain and died early in the morning on 21st January 2021.The death is unrelated to the vaccination, a health official said.
The health worker was vaccinated at about 11:30 am on 20th January 2021 at Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Nirmal district and the person had chest pain at around 2:30 am today.
Till the person was brought to the hospital declared as dead at around 5:30 AM, state Director of Public Health G Srinivasa Rao said in a press release.
“Preliminary findings suggest that the death seems to be unrelated to vaccination,” it said.
As per the guidelines, post-mortem would be conducted by a team of doctors in the same district of Telangana.
